Bulk Exports

Bulk Exports are useful for backing up your data and for preparing for bulk imports, updates or deletions.

Tips

  • Use the relevant export as a starting point when bulk importing, updating or deleting.
  • We recommend downloading an export twice when you're going to use it for a bulk update or delete - one for editing, one as a back-up.

Feedback

Clicking 'Export Feedback' downloads a CSV with the following columns:

  • id
  • title
  • body
  • category
  • category_id
  • status
  • impact
  • owner
  • teams

Categories

Clicking 'Export Categories' downloads a CSV with the following columns:

  • id
  • name
  • url

Tip

This export is useful for when you're bulk importing or updating feedback and need to find the category_id.
