Select a time frame

By default you'll see data from the last 30 days, however you can choose from the following options to customize this.

• Last 24 Hours
• Last 7 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Last 90 Days
• Last 6 Months
• Last Year

The top section gives you an overview of Total companies, New Companies, Total Users and New Users.

Overview

Total Companies - Total number of companies (all time).

New Companies - Number of companies added in the selected time frame.

Total Users - Total number of users (all time).

New Users - Number of users added in the selected time frame.

Note: Deleted data is not included in Analytics.

User Count by Company (All time)

This data table allows you to keep track of and improve accuracy for your companies and users. You can see the company name, monthly spend and the total number of users associated with the company.

Note: This is not affected by the time frame drop down

Companies vs Users (All time)

This pie graph shows you a breakdown of how many total users vs total companies you have. Generally, you'll have more users than companies.

Note: This is not affected by the time frame drop down

Company Engagement

This allows you to recognise the companies that are most actively providing feedback. Additionally, they make a great list for beta testing.

This data table includes the company's name, the monthly spend, the count of new votes, and the count of new feedback they've added during the time frame.
