This document outlines the role of teams within Feedback Studio and how they interact with staff and feedback.

Understanding Teams

Teams are a way of a assigning an internal team to a piece of feedback. For example, you could assign the Analytics team to Analytics-related feedback. This allows for better visibility internally so your wider company knows who to contact about information about this feedback, as well as making responsbilities clearer for the teams involved.

Creating Teams

To create a new team, click Teams from the Navigation menu then click the plus button. Add the team name and save.

Linking Staff Members to a Team

Click the team name to open it, and you can then search for and assign staff members to the team. Staff members can only be in one team at once.

Linking Teams to Feedback

As mentioned in the Feedback Overview, you can associate feedback with a specific team.
