Users Overview

This article provides an overview of how users are created and interact with companies within Feedback Studio.

Creating Users

You can create users in one of two ways:

  1. One at a time by clicking Companies, selecting the Users submenu and then clicking the plus button
  2. In bulk by using the Bulk Import tool.

Linking Users to Companies

As mentioned in the Companies Overview, users are associated with companies when they provide feedback or interact with the roadmap. This linkage allows us to track feedback more accurately and ensure MRR is associated with the feedback.

Users are automatically associated with a company based on their email domain. In cases where domains do not match, users can be manually linked to companies by admins.
