1. What plans do you have?

See our Pricing page for up-to-date information about our pricing and plans.

2. Do I have to use a credit card to sign up?

No - Feedback Studio has a 14-day free trial for the Pro Plan, and a free plan available.

When you sign up you'll be on the Pro Plan trial so you can test out the full functionality, but you won't need to pay a cent until those 14 days are up.

Also - at any point during or after your trial you can swap to the free plan.

3. What if I decide not to use Feedback Studio?

You can cancel any paid plans in the Billing settings. Please contact us if you would like to remove all personal data.

4. Can you build me a custom plan?

Let's talk! Custom plans are billed annually.

5. How can I upgrade to the Pro plan?

Just go to Settings > Billing and follow the prompts.
