Overview

The overview section gives you an overview of total Staff Members, as well as the total of Admins, Managers and Contributors.

Staff Members - This is the total number of staff members attached to your Feedback Studio account. See the full list in Settings > Staff Management, or click Manage Staff.

Admins - Total number of staff members with Admin permissions.

Managers - Total number of staff members with Manager permissions.

Contributors - Total number of staff members with Contributor permissions.

Note: Deleted data will not be included in Analytics.

Select a time frame

By default you'll see data from the last 30 days, however you can choose from the following options to customize this.

• Last 24 Hours
• Last 7 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Last 90 Days
• Last 6 Months
• Last Year

Staff Engagement

This data table allows you to keep track how your staff are engaging with Feedback Studio. You can see the staff member name, along with the number of comments, votes and feedback they have added in the selected time frame.

Triage stats (All time)

If you have triage mode enabled, you'll see this additional table. Once you've assigned a staff member as a triager, we'll track every time they move a feedback's status from "To Triage" to something else. This allows you to track productivity.
