Internal Roadmap
Our platform offers two versions of the roadmap: internal and external. The internal roadmap serves as a sneak peek into what's coming before anything is shared publicly.
Preparing Your Feedback
- Navigate to the Feedback section and select the feedback you want to share externally.
- Confirm that the feedback is assigned the correct status. Only feedback tagged as Considering, Planned, In Progress, Early Adopter, or Complete will be visible on the roadmap tabs.
- Go to the Roadmap section of the Feedback.
- Enter the details you plan to share publicly about this feature.
- Click Save, then update the Roadmap Status to Published.
Preparing Your Roadmap
- View the internal version of the roadmap by navigating to the Roadmap section. Access the specific tab related to your feedback's status, such as Early Adopter or Planned, to review your feedback card. Make sure everything looks just right!
- Modify your Roadmap title and description as necessary by utilizing the edit options.
Publishing Your Roadmap
When happy with how it looks, generate the roadmap URL by clicking Generate Roadmap URL. You can then view the external/public roadmap directly or share the URL with others.
Tips for Optimizing Your Roadmap
- The ideal image size for roadmap cards is 640 x 360 pixels.
- Use the Preview Roadmap Card feature to see how your card will appear.
- Note that the body text will not be visible in the card preview; click Learn More on the card for full details.
